All bank receipts should be sent to info@icccebih.dktks.ba to receive confirmation of successful registration. Please do not send any payments without your name included in payment details. Such payments cannot be tracked. If you do not receive confirmation after sending your payment please contact us on info@icccebih.dktks.ba
Transfer of registration
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to info@icccebih.dktks.ba and the conference email ID. Details must include: the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
In a case of cancellations please notify us in writing info@icccebih.dktks.ba . Following refund policies will be applied:
* Until May 15, 2024 – 30 € administrative fees will be withheld
* Until May 21, 2024 – 50% reimbursement of paid fees
* From June 20, 2024 – no refund will be processed
